🔹 3D Printing: All our 3D printed products are designed and manufactured in Charente-Maritime, directly in our workshop. We have full control over their design, from the initial idea to production.
🔹 Other materials (fabric, screws, LEDs, etc.): Some components of our products (e.g., reflective strips, screws, LED lights) are not manufactured in France. However, we rigorously select our suppliers to ensure robustness, compatibility, and performance in the field.

For parts subject to high mechanical stress, we favor PETG, a material known for its resistance to shocks, mechanical stress, and chemicals ⚙️. For aesthetic parts, we adjust the choice of material based on color availability, in order to deliver an optimal finish while ensuring high print quality 🎨✨.

We do our utmost to ensure the availability of our products. If an item is out of stock:

Orders and Deliveries
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.).
What are the delivery times?
- Order processing: 24 to 72 business hours.
- Delivery:- Metropolitan France: 2 to 7 business days.
- Overseas and neighboring countries: 5 to 12 business days.
 
These times may be extended during peak periods (Christmas, promotions) or in exceptional circumstances (strikes, extreme weather conditions).
Delivery charges vary depending on the selected carrier and the weight of the package. You can see the exact amount before finalizing your order.
International shipping depends on the carriers we work with. We ship via Mondial Relay and Colissimo, and the availability of destinations varies according to their offers:
- Colissimo: Delivery in Metropolitan France, Overseas, and some European countries.
- Mondial Relay: Delivery to pickup points in several European countries.
If your country does not appear in the list of delivery options at checkout, it means that unfortunately we cannot ship to that destination at the moment.

Returns and Exchanges
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return. The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and ready for resale.

2️⃣ We will provide you with the return instructions, including the address to send your package to.
3️⃣ Once we receive the item in good condition, we will proceed with:
